Ration Card In Faridabad

  • For getting first time the ration card, the consumers need to apply for it in a prescribed form of D-1 in the district office of food and Supplies Officer and Assistant Food/supplies controller/inspector supplies and food in who’s the jurisdiction of the residence falls. The application forms for ration card are available for the customers in the district office of IFS/AFSO/supplies and food controller.
  • 2 attested passport size photos should be submitted of the family with the form.
  • The consumer needs to give an affidavit as well declaring that no ration card has been prepared by him at any place in India and the family members name are also not included. He also needs to declare the permanent address along with disclosing the places or place of the residence in past 5 years. An undertaking is also required stating that in the case when the information found is false then an action will be taken against him as per the specified rules of the act. An affidavit’s copy is at the Annexure II.
  • A slip will be received by the consumer indication and mentioning the date regarding when the contact should be made in the concerned office of ration card.
  • The particulars will be verified by the Inspector/Sub-Inspector and the census record/Voter list is also consulted at the time of making recommendations. Ration card is issued by the AFSO/DFSC and 1 family photograph is pasted on it.
  • The applicant can collect it from the District office of Supplies and food controller/Inspector food and supplies/assistant food and supplies.
